FL SCHOLAR@USM

In alignment with the USM APEX agenda and the CDAE 5.0 Strategic Action Plan, the Flexible Lifelong Scholar Program (FL Scholar@USM) initiative is a structured professional development programme aimed at strengthening the capacity of academic staff to develop quality lifelong learning courses.

Through a systematic training pathway, participants are guided through key knowledge and practices required to conceptualise, design, develop and enhance lifelong learning courses that are relevant, engaging and aligned with quality expectations.
