In line with the Centre for Development of Academic Excellence’s (CDAE) continuous commitment to enhancing teaching and learning (PdP) competencies among academic staff, CDAE has taken the initiative to establish a team of Penyelaras PdP (Penyelaras PdP@CDAE-PTJ) consisting of representatives from PTJ (Pusat Tanggungjawab). This initiative aims to support academic staff at PTJ by ensuring they are continuously equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in the context of PdP.
Following the nomination by the Dean/Head of PTJ, the University has appointed a total of 73 staff members as PdP@CDAE-PTJ Coordinators and Assistant Coordinators. These appointments are effective from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2027.
The main role of the PdP@CDAE-PTJ Coordinators and Assistant Coordinators is to support the Dean/Deputy Dean in identifying the training needs of academic staff, and subsequently in planning, supervising, and monitoring the implementation of these activities at the PTJ level. In this regard, CDAE remains strongly committed to providing continuous support and fostering more structured engagement at the PTJ level to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of PdP training activities.
It is hoped that this initiative will yield meaningful results and benefits for PTJ and the University as a whole.
Congratulations and well done.
